update summer 2011

Wow, three months has passed for my home assignment year. These pass three months were full of conferences, HAMS, summer camp, personal retreat for refreshment, and trips. It was great seeing friends, high school friends, and meeting new friends. I was also encouraged by a few younger brothers and sisters expressing their call to go into the missions.

I thank God for all of you who had been patient with my adjusting life back in San Francisco and so many of you had shown your love and care for me. Life seems to begin to settle and finally feel like I’m back!

Now, apart from resting, I am preparing for sharing in different churches, enrolling in a counseling class which I think is much needed for ministry, spending time with my parents, calling up people whom I had lost contact in the past few years, and joining the after school ministry in my home church.

Once again, thank you for your continuous support and prayers.

Please continue to pray for the people in Taiwan that they will be freed from the bondage of idol and ancestor worship, and come to know Christ.

Please pray for my preparation and sharing so that people will have a better sense of what the spiritual situation is like in Taiwan.

Please pray for my parents’ salvation. Pray that they would accept Christ this year.
